    Scoring each:
    0:00 - 8-2-4
    2:16 - 4-3-7-2
    3:24 - 1U
    4:48 - 5-3 (pop out)
    5:24 - 7-6-3
    6:30 - 9-4-2 (base hit, runners out advancing at home)
    7:38 - 4-6-3 (but required a leap by the Wizard of Oz)
    7:58 - 8-6-2 (same as 6:30)

    2006 NLCS Game 7 was epic, Endy Chavez’s catch, Wainwright fanning Beltran on the most wicked curveball you’ll ever see with the bases loaded, truly a classic in postseason history... it’s a shame Beltran’s mostly remembered for that strikeout instead of his stellar career

    The 86 Mets had a game ending double play in San Diego. Liner into center. Dykstra throws home to third string catcher John Gibbons who gets leveled, but holds onto the ball. Then he throws the ball to third to get that runner.

    if the mets won that game 7, then on to win the world series, that endy chavez catch wouldve been the greatest in mets history and one of the best ever, but unfortunately its almost forgotten.

    You missed the 1992 chaotic World Series play where the Jays actually got a triple play, but it was only called a double play.

    You missed Buck Martinez turning a double play while injured

      Gets an out in home plate collision, makes throw with broken leg to try to get second out, receives throw while still on the ground, tags out second runner, gets left off of craziest double play video.

    The ball was barely over the fence in that first clip, the commentators were exaggerating quite a bit. The most impressive part of that play was the throw not the catch.

      poocrafter2 you're an idiot. pause at 1:04 / 1:05 obviously when they say well over the fence they're referring to well over the fence to where it is a very difficult play to rob the homer. they're not saying it's a monster home run

      You talk about it like the catch wasn’t a big deal. Robbing a homer is very tough, in every scenario. But that throw is worth watching over and over

    That play by Ozzie smith is insane .To be able to make that play with your feet tucked in the air and still have enough gas in your arm to throw him out is crazy

      Better than Willy Mays' catch. It took 2 runs off the board in a Game 7. Mays' catch happened in a regular season game. The Mets lost that game, but beause of Endy they had a good chance in the 9th inning. It was significant.

    Interesting how Carlton Fisk looks disgusted, waving off his mitt after his double play. I would expect that after an error out there, not after such a great play.
