Yes Freddie was a genius, an extremely talented man, very king and generous…a best friend to all. We all still love him and always will ….no one can replace him in any form. We are blessed to have had him in our life. And his music will always be with us . Love to Freddie
I would have loved ♥️ to have known or meet Freddie ! His character is inquisitive and without compare, one of a kind amazing human being sadly missed but always remembered ❤
I read his biography last month, and through the pages I fell in love in him. Freddie was not perfect, but was very true to himself, always let this sweet, messy, passionate side of him free, and it was it that make his art very vivid, the admiration of lot of people come and his name in the History being written. His definitely my idol.
His heart speaks through his music & this interview shows his heart! So lonely yet so over by millions! He had Mary&the band came for him&protected still today! So much talent flowed from him in so many ways I don't think he ever truly realized! Everyone who loved Freddie then loves him now, only more who only found him after we lost him, like me🌹😢💗💔😉
This interview was heartbreaking. Like, you know that people at his level of fame are often lonely with very few or no true friends, but it's so hard to imagine what that feels like.
I hope Freddie had many special moments in his life,i think so because he is so wonderful. I love him forever.♥️♥️♥️♥️we have special moments when we listen to him.
He's been such a lovely personality and he's right about the thing like the more you open up the more you get hurt... I know about trust issues but once in a while you can meet people who truly mean no harm. Those people are hard to find but they exist...
I always thought it so strange that it looks like he's sitting on a mid-70s Chevy Impala seat! Ha-ha. Also, I understand his desire for the mustache, the teeth, but I still think he looked just fine without it and with the long hair. And finally, it seems so incongruous that someone so seemingly thoughtful & careful could have been so heavily into the party scene. I'd like to rewind the world to 1970.
I don’t think he was that lonely his friends were true friends. He’s right more important. He seems to the masses the harder it is for him to touch base and have close friends, but he had some great ones people that knew him loved him, including his family..
Why is it that between minute 5.15 and 5.20 of the interview with D. Wigg in Munich is missing the very part where Freddie responds to Wigg's question that he had asked him if he had a friend/caregiver to turn to in case of need? Maybe because in that part he confesses that the only loved one he has is Mary?
Bi-erasure still exists today sadly. Especially in this fanbase, since some passionately believe every word of Hutton’s Mercury and Me (even though he didn’t write it).

Fame and fortune certainly didn't help. It definitely brought all the hanger-ons and fake friends. I can see why Freddie wanted to just focus on his works even right till the end. He had nothing else.
Mary Austin talked about him having deep abandonment issues. His parents, probably well-meaning and just wanting to get him a superior education, shipped him off to boarding school at age 7, by himself, and he rarely saw them -- not even every year for holidays. They were too far away, and the travel was too expensive. He did have family in Mumbai, and spent time with them. But I would guess (and it's just speculation), that this created a big hole in him that he tried to fill in various ways.
He'd still be alive if he wasn't giving round the worlds to men, & vise versa. He should have stayed in the relationship/marrying Mary as he called her his common wife. She deserved everything he gave her. His mom got 25% & his sister received 25% of all his stuff. Mary got 50% & still receiving.
He was eight years old when sent by boat to a Catholic boarding school (St Peter’s near Bombay) in India. It was too far for him to return home on holidays. He did have an aunt near to the school who he could do holidays with. Zanzibar was going through upheaval and it was very common for children of professionals to go to boarding school at that time. Peter Freestone (Phoebe), his personal assistant for years also went to boarding school.
Freddy never really want to leave his relationship with .mary? Seems she told him he was gay and helped him move on his way and did he always feel bad that he wasn’t with Mary did he need and want Mary maybe we know he loved her terrible outcome. Freddie was a wonderful talented extremely bright man. He just needed lots of love.
Every interview I see with Freddie reinforces what a beautiful person he was.
Beautiful, purest, kind, poet soul in handsome body of strong personality!
A man, loved by BILLIONS, who felt no one wanted to share their life with him. He felt so lonely, and yet everyone adored him. It's heartbreaking.
The King of Queen. Miss you darling 😢😢😢
Freddie, we miss you sooooo much❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
its been 33 years since you died Freddie and I still miss you..............May your soul rest in eternal peace ..................xoxoxo

He had a lovely demeanor.
I wish Freddie mercury could have had true love in his life. 😢🎉
He truly loved his wife, but had physical attractions to men.
Did you watch till the end? He said he found love in the last years of his life
He was never married@@JohnDoe-ip2hx
Mary was never his wife, and the affection he had for her was the same as a son has to his mother.
@@JohnDoe-ip2hxı'm afraid he never got married Mary Austin. She was his "common lae wife" and his very true friend🩵🩵

Straight, bi or gay we can definitely relate. I can and I'm straight.

He really dressed the total opposite of a rock star in the mustache years.
Really?! He did say gone are the days of performers going out on stage in jeans, which would do for Live Aid

His childhood did that to him.
Good point! I never knew much about his childhood
ive read one of his books, he said his parents never hug him
Yeah, it's said they put him in a boarding school very far from his home, and basically had no real interaction with his parents

Apparently…being in an all boys school and away from his family. Had left him less than happy.

Does anyone want to talk about those things in an interview?
Is this channel associated with The Detail?
Yes! It’s our other channel 😁
Well that ended well . . .

Freddie became easily bored in relationships.
I would to tell more of your disperate loneliness , not of that of freddie mercury...
