He makes Don't go away mad sound so lame every time and Mick make's it sound so Rich and full.... So far I have only seen John 5 replace an OLD Player and nothing great original from him.

John has his own style. He’s not trying to be Mick, just put his own stamp on it. It’s a bigger job than you think. But he’s versatile and a genuinely nice guy.
Mick really ask to stop... total pain is very hard. And I'm sure that was a hard issue for the band, but if you have kind friends like John 5... with all his respects to Mick, please, respect him. He knows the big spot... and he is doing it more than good. He didn't stoled the gig, he just helped the band to do the stadium tour worldwide... Is a really nice guy, he doesn't need the money... please give him big WELCOME... just empathize.
Vince sounds better this time around, I just don't understand why he does'nt take time to get fit again....6 months with a PT would make all the difference .
I often wonder why people sing while recording concert footage. Kind of defeats the purpose. Which then begs the question of why someone would post it online.
One thing that I noticed that people out of their minds, criticize John 5 lol. You guys realized that John uses very little effects and overdrive compared to Mick Mars, also when Mick was playing with Motley there was ALWAYS a pre-recorded rhythm backing track to fill out the sound.
It's always different and never the same when a band loses an iconic member, but I think they got the best possible replacement they could have gotten.
I mean that's just him. He's an amazing guitarist but yeah, his style doesn't quite mesh with Motley Crue. That said, the music sounds just as good as ever at least...

It was so bad I couldn't listen to him butcher a song. I like to hear Mick play but he way different than 5 .

However, he is adding enough of his own stuff to make it fun for him (I’m guessing) but still make it sound close to the original. John is such a talent but equally a good guy. I’ve heard him many times with Eddie Trunk. Always sounds humble and grateful to be where he is.
John 5 is one of the best guitar players on the planet. It's not even a close call. But you're right about Vince - he sucked even when he wasn't phoning it in.
He seems like a nice enough guy but not even in the top 100 as far as guitar players go. I’ve seen Guys in bar bands play better covers. I appreciate he knows theory as I studied it in my younger days and it’s tough to get it just like calculus.
