he means they got expelled for bringing chopsticks.
That Guy Who Is Much Smarter Than You Ding ding ding, we have a winner.
Mindraker1
YAY! Do i get a pony?
Saturday detention for you!
"Thinking of trying out for a scholar-shiipp" LMFAO XD
fun fact for this movie sorry for the best 1985 movie of all time is that Judd Nelson actually went to a high school and did what Bender would do in high school and that is caused a lot of trouble
I know right, I'd love to be at that school then 😂
Chocolate_japan ! i would have loved to b his friend and see how that went
Kevin Najera how did people not recognise him
Kevin Najera and what’s funnier is that he is the preppy type of student
If Judd Nelson had died after making this film, he would have been regarded as a modern day James Dean.
I wish I was stuck on a Saturday at school with them. It'd be a memorable one.
I always loved the scene where Andy is taking out his lunch. I also love when Andy trips after he moves the magazine thing. it's a small thing, but I find it hilarious.
3 sandwiches, a big bag of potato chips, carton of milk, an apple & a banana
@@stonemedia8901 All the major food groups are represented.
@@tylerchambers6246 I can read! Did your mom marry Mr. Rogers?
Best movie I have ever seen.. John Bender is bae af
What do you need a fake ID for?
-so I can vote
That cracked me 😂
This movie should have been nominated for several Oscars. It is one of my favorites of all time.
5:31 I love that Bender still speaks to Brian is such a polite manner 😌
John Bender Rocks!
"Saturday march 24th, 1984. Sherman Highschool, Sherman illinois. 60062."
I've been able to recite this movie since a kid. I can quote just about every line word for word.
When I was a kid back then I loved John’s outfit. The shirt, the gloves and coat. He was my fashion idol 😄
“Does Berry Manilow know you raid his closet?” 😂😂😂😂😂
Watching this movie makes me want to go back to high school and smoke weed between classes. Just chill with my friends and have some laughs, having an overall perspective of life and taking things easy. I always took my schoolwork too seriously and now I realise it was a complete waste of time. In life, what matters is determination, perseverance, resilience, good health, visualising your goals, treating yourself and people well etc. The grades you get in school really don't matter at all.
'If he gets up, we'll all get up! It'll be anarchy!' Awesome :D
They don't make them like that anymore sad
they don't have any material to work with. John Hughes in the 80's had plenty. Completely different world and time. It's SADLY MISSED.
@@samanthaanne246 you're absolutely correct they sure don't make them like they used to it was a completely different time you're right and it is very sad I miss those times. All the classics just movies that have those moments memories in them Weird Science Breakfast Club little monsters The Goonies 16 Candles can't by me love
The next time I have to come in here! I'm cracking skulls!
Think about how low budget this movie was. How iconic it is regardless of that. Awesome
Even though he is so criminal, outcast, you cant help but love him the most
Matt Groening is a fan of this movie so bad that "eat my shorts" is a catch phrase that Bart Simpson use all the time, and also he named "Bender" of Futurama after the Character in the movie.
I freaking love John

“Screws fall out all the time. The worlds an imperfect place.”
8:44 Benders vulnerability surprised me!! Gotta love the guy!!
God I love this movie and John Bender SO MUCH
Don't you want to here my excuse.... I'm trying out for a schollershippp
Luc Kay
I’ve never seen this film but today I’m going to watch it :-)
As a 12 yr old raised by 90's parents I can proudly say
*I can recite this entire movie*
No crazy CGI or action scenes, just a classic, they don’t make them like this anymore.
“You… are a parents wet dream.” is one of the best lines in the whole movie
Just don't think of that line too deeply...
One of the best films ever! So simple, yet brilliant xx
Why couldn't I be born in the '80s instead of the 2000s ?
Andrea De Leon I ask myself this everyday tbh
I wish I was born on the 70s so I can be a teen in the 80s haha.... it's sad cause I was born on the 2000s too...
I seriously feel sorry for those who missed out on the 80s and 90s
I was born in the early '80s. Frankly, this movie and Ferris Bueller's Day Off were the only redeemable things about that decade. Otherwise the '80s sucked. The '90s were awesome though - thats the decade I wish we could bring back.
The 80s and the 70s were such a Great Time i wish i was a Teen in this Time but Sadly i was born 2002
"I WANNA BE AN AIRBORNE RANGER!!! " Best line Ever! XD
"You just bought yourself another Saturday."
"Well I'm free the Saturday after that, but past that I'm gonna have to check my schedule." Bender rlly is the best part of this movie lol
“is that clear, mr bender?” “crystAll” was the one I was waiting for
all time favorite part of this movie "I THINK I'M TRYIN' OUT FOR A SCHOLARSHIP!!!"
"You know what I got?" "A carton of cigarettes." " The old man grabbed me, he said hey smoke up Johnny!!"
The "eat my shorts" scene was great. In "Not Another Teen Movie", it was perfectly parodied, right down to Paul Gleason playing the principal, and the kid's outfit was exactly the same as Bender.
one of my favorite characters of all time. well written, witty, real
Awesome movie and classic, one of my favorite comedies from the 1980's
