no change in arm action, more lower half mechanics, was just getting into my lower half too quick and working against the slope causing my arm to drag and putting a lot of stress on my elbow, cleaned it up now and putting a lot less stress on my arm while also more efficiently down the mound leading to more strikes, better command and even throwing harder
One year post and your accelerating from separation is way to fast, slow it down and throw with a purpose or you be back on the operating table in another year
if u don’t think i’m throwing with a purpose then u haven’t watched my videos man, don’t appreciate the negativity, i’ve got the best resources available to me in the country and had arguably the best ucl reconstructive surgeon in the country do my surgery, i think if i was doing something wrong i would know by now
