You can do to your feet what he did to this man but it's just relieving the pain for a few hours. There are specific exercises that will help you with low steroids. Also could do a local steroid injection.

@@lailataimur3024 put a full water bottle in the fridge, then when it is already frozen use that to roll into your foot. Follow Dr. Berg RUclips and search exercise for plantar fasciitis or spurs. Also, eat food that prevent inflammation. That's how I healed my heel spur/plantar fasciitis.

Order one of those very small bats( Louisville Slugger) search until you find the source of pain on the bottom of your foot and dig in until you release it. .....maybe someone could help you. It's all about pressure points in the body. Don't suffer without at least trying . I hope you get relief. I had plantar fictitious and it was horrible until my daughter in law showed me it was all about pressure in the right place.
