Grapes, watermelon, and leafy greens from my experience yields a lot of juice and I’m going to challenge myself to see how much I can get from 10 dollars tfs 💕
I’m shook!! Loved this video because I’m a Trader Joe’s girlie! Def trying this recipe! & with you doing these challenges I don’t mind you switching up between the budget friendly juicers for some videos and the pricier ones for others!
Try a watermelon. I know it's out of season right now, but you will get at least 200oz of juice of you get the big, seeded watermelons. I juice myself and that is my favorite fruit to juice.
Now one idea you can try once you find what was the most yield rather its all one fruit or a mix then buy the same exact thing at the different stores to then see which is truly more bang for the $10
Love your videos 🙂... I usually get more juice from, of course, watermelon, also cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple, cucumbers, celery, apples, and oranges....I have a Nama J2 juicer.
Yo! I’ve been able to get 3 32oz jars of juice using only cantaloupes @ 3.49 ea. (3 cantaloupe total) makes a little more than 96oz, roughly 110oz or so. :) amazing deal for right around $10, and i have my fruit juice for the day, i do love variety but try to stick to mono fruit juices. may this year bring you many blessings and abundance in all areas of your life. 🙌🏽
😱😱😱!!! That’s a lot of juice!! You inspired me! I’ll see if the next grocery store has a good cantaloupe sale and will give this a try. May this year bring you many blessing & prosperity as well! 💚☺️
Great job on the juice challenge. I will be shopping at Trader Joe's to try this budget challenge. Please be tested for MS. In my job experience, MS may attack parts of the body very aggressively over time.
Yay! Excited for you to try the challenge! & will do. The few professionals I went to said they couldn’t find what it is. And when it pops up, it’s so random.. by time I see the specialist the symptoms are gone and they can’t trace it. I’ll see if I can try a different specialist like a brain doctor to see if I can figure this out. Thank you so much for your comment! 🙏🏽 Don’t want it to get any more serious.
Happy new year! 🎊 I’ll be drinking about 2 jars a day. I usually drink all 5 jars for a juice only cleanse. Since I just started my fitness training to build muscle, my trainer suggest I hold out on the juice only extended cleanses so I don’t loose muscle. I drink water as well with the 2 jars a day.
You just came up on my recommendations and I loved this video! New subscriber joining you. So excited to watch a few of your other videos!! Thanks for inspiring me!!
I see you took my advice on the cucumbers. I was like trader joes, oh she's getting 4 cucumbers and an apple for $10 lol. Great vid, keep up the good work!
FINGER NUMBNESS COMES FROM LOW VITAMIN B! I JUST WENT TO THE DOCTOR FOR IT! I was scared that I had lupus. Purchase ez melts sublingual B complex vitamin! I’ve seen a change in 2 weeks. I’ve also been taking vitamin D and iron. But yeah go to your PCP and get a blood test. Hope this helps ❤️

Love this! I may make this a separate challenge. Once I’ve tried most stores, I’ll compare juicers to see which ones produce the most yield. Thank you for your comment! 💚
At first I liked the JE-24 model much more but this one grew on me. It’s clean since the pulp catcher is tucked away, not hard to clean, and I find it gives more pulp free juice compared to the other models. (Tested this in a video comparing like 3 different models). Overall, I enjoy using it!
I use a few 😅 The one in the video is the Canoly JE-73 model. This is a good budget option. They usually have sells going on but if not, you can use ‘YESHA’ for an additional 15% off. canoly.com/products/je-73-slow-juicer?ref=YESHA I also use the Nama J2 and the HuromH320 juicer but those are a little more pricey. I have discount codes for those too if you are interested. Hope that helps! 💚
Hi , Can you explain batch juicing? How much juice should one drink in a day when not eating meals ? Do you snack on whole food during juicing fast ? Can you freeze it you make enough for 5-7 days or no? Starting out what doe you suggest is the best budget friendly juicing for weight loss ? Should we add water to the juice to make more or no ? I am using 16oz mason jars when my juicer arrives
Hello! 😄 Batch juicing is making a large amount of juices in one sitting. For me, this is usually more than 3 16oz jars. The most I made in one sitting was 10 16oz jars which is 190oz of juice. Recommend amount to drink on a cleanse is at least 96oz (about 6-16oz jars). I drink between 4-6 16oz jars a day on a cleanse but also drink water and herbal tea without sweeteners so it doesn’t break the cleanse. No, I don’t eat any solids during a juice cleanse. If I am doing a raw Whole Foods cleanse, then I would snack on whole food. Yes, you can definitely freeze your juices and make enough for 5-7 days. Just be sure to use a freezer friendly storage jars.
Starting out, if it’s summer, definitely pure watermelon juice. I lost so much weight starting off with juicing watermelon and drinking that for like 3-4 days straight and then adding other juices and the weight fell off. Yes, you can add water to juices to make more. This is a great option to save money as well.
Oh! And for those new to juicing, I recommend starting off with smaller cleanses like 3 days just to get the body familiar with juice only. Then when you feel comfortable, can extend them. I’ve found its easier to do extended cleanses in the Summer because watermelon is available. This makes juicing less expensive so it’s easier to do 7+ days.
Try doubling up on the cucumbers; melons hold the most water. Cucumber, Watermelon, Cantaloupe and Honeydew. Pineapples do hold a lot of water as well. Try celery as well even stuff like pumpkins... that's basically a melon i forget what class its under i believe bulbous. One stock should be enough cause celery is strong. All in all, the higher the water content the more juice; but cucumber, celery, bag of apples and let's say a cantaloupe should yield that much I'm not sure I'm locked in on the channel though great content. The slow juicing juicer is better than a centrifugal one; and idk if presses make more but the press is also better than centrifugal so if you do buy a more expensive one get an " slow masticating" juicer.
Thank you! I’ll try my best! My constraint for this challenge is $10 so I’ll keep in mind your suggestions and see if we can get at least 5 full jars! Thank you! And yes, I use Slow Masticating juicers.
Yeah, I believe it’s going for $170 right now but I consider it budget since the other premium juicers I use is $550+. Works great for the price. I have the links to this juicer in my description. Hope that helps! 💚
Love what you are doing !!! We do a group juice cleanse with 10,0000 people would love fo you to join us !!!!!!!!! Ps you can reverse those symptoms for sure !!!!!
The juicer used in this video is the Canoly JE-73 juicer. Use code ‘YESHA’ for a 15% discount! (canoly.com/products/je-73-slow-juicer?ref=YESHA)

I loveeeee watermelon!! But I haven’t been seeing any seeded watermelon in my area. 😢 I know that would make this challenge a breeze if I did 😂
I love these challenges! Thanks for sharing & I hope you feel better.
Thank you so much!! 🙏🏽 And I’m glad you are enjoying the challenges ☺️💚
Now one idea you can try once you find what was the most yield rather its all one fruit or a mix then buy the same exact thing at the different stores to then see which is truly more bang for the $10
Prayers for those symptoms as well I’ll do some research into that as well, like you said not claiming anything and what is will be healed
Yessssss!!! I love that! Will do. And aw thank you so much! “What is will be healed” I’m adding that to my daily affirmations. Thank you for that. 🙏🏽💚
Yes, I think using the same recipe with the 2 different juicers would be helpful.
Thank you! 🙏🏽
Love your videos 🙂... I usually get more juice from, of course, watermelon, also cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple, cucumbers, celery, apples, and oranges....I have a Nama J2 juicer.
Loveee the Nama! Can’t wait to get it fixed. And okay! I’ll try more mixtures with the produce you mentioned. 💚

Question-
1)Will u be drinking all 5 jars in 1 day, or drink half juice & a certain amount of water ?
Thanks

@ You’re welcome! God bless you! And don’t stress! All is well 😊🙏🏾
To see you get almost 5 full jars of juice I’m heading to Trader Joe’s right now , because that combination looks so delicious 😊
Yeah! The most I’ve gotten so far! 😂 Enjoy your trip to Trader Joe’s! Excited for you to try it!

Yes use the budget juicer vs premium juicer using the same exact produce regardless of price

This series will definitely be of some help to me while I discover juicing.
I’m so glad to hear that! 💚

I love it does the juice last 3 days in the refrigerator?🥰
Yes 🙂 it stays fresh in the fridge up to 72 hours. You can also freeze them but need to use freezer proof glass (and not fill it to the very top 😅)

84 oz
☺️💚
That juice is RICH and healthy 👌 ❤❤
I love that you call it “Rich”. A great reminder that that’s the real abundance. Thank you for watching and sharing your thoughts! 💚☺️
I think you will fill 4.5 to 5 jars
☺️💚
You would get a lot more juice with the Nama
You think so? Yeah, I have been bogged down lately but I need to get it fixed. I miss my Nama 🥺.
So glad you tried Trader Joe’s. I wonder if you would have gotten more juice using lemons.
🤔 you know, I haven’t considered that. Would make for a sour drink lol but I’m sure the juice yield is high!
I would try watermelon and cucumber
I love that idea! I have to see if I can find some seeded watermelon near me. Since it’s been out of season, haven’t been able to find it anywhere.
Next time try using a ladle
🤔 I like the way you think! Thank you! 💚
