Three or Four of the Instrumental tracks from the Promo CD for Transmissions are different from the final album cut. This happens sometimes if songs are tweaked between the Promo pressing and the final cut. In a couple cases, the songs were too different to use effectively. In this case, the song structure is exactly the same, but without the full drums. I figured it was worth posting. The acoustic guitar really shines on this cut.

CC Karaoke Is the promo CD where the instrumentals come from? I’ve been finding them posted online, but I haven’t found the actual source yet.

@@TheNickofTime Yup. To the best of my knowledge anyway. For the first while they were being held by traders circles and I didn't want to create drama/trouble for myself and by extension for all of you who enjoy this channel, but the moment it got out into the public space I put em up here.

CC Karaoke Thank you for making them more public, I love these instrumentals. I’m also fascinated by the less refined mixing, I like to seek out unfinished versions of songs I like just to compare with the full versions. It really helps you understand the actual music-making process.

Unfortunately, the rest of the Vessels instrumental mixes have not turned up yet. The band seems keen on releasing their songs in this format though, so there's always a chance in future.

this one the karaoke music is quite jarring since the drums are noticably missing, wich is quite annoying since the lyrics really need the drums!
