Wonderfully explained. Thank you for opening up this awareness. A beautiful path for reconnecting with the voice, the body, the breathing. 🙏🤸‍♂️

How I wish this had been the method of teaching anatomy in nursing school, would have been so much easier to remember, and so much more fun!

Hm... whilst I agree with the three planes of existence around and through the human being, I don’t think this version has the discipline and reverence to fully access each plane for healing and transformation. It feels unnecessarily choatic, I held and undirected.
I learned the Ee Aa Oh vowel sounds as part of my Curative Eurhythmy movement therapy and the movement is without sounding, and then movement with an inward sounding. There’s concentration and connection to earth and ‘cosmos’ that feels embodying.
The postures you present here with the limbs, don’t feel right to my soul, (and not because this version isn’t what I’d met first either). Something is a amiss so I’ll keep exploring. This is all for now. x

I am a homeschool Waldorf teacher and was just about to comment on the similar thing. We do these movements when learning out letters 🙏💞📚🙈🙌 they remind me very much of what is done in eurythmy. I do wonder what you see differently
