hope you all are doing well
thanks alot for your amazing support for Barbers. I started donating to our hard working barbers. From tommorow, I will started uploading donating series by alternate, which will come with four or five episodes. Tommorow I'll upload that what we have done for Manoj master. And Reiki master is almost completed. It's very tuf to repair with customers and also all Barbershops are only permitted to open their shop till 7pm. Reiki is very happy. thanks all of you.

In this video Manoj seems to be different with his cracks and massage style. Somewhere I found him like Asim but I didn't interrupted him. I like his confidence, which I don't want to loose but I like make his own style. May be I'm wrong. letvme know but he is confident now and I like it. Soon I'm going to make a transformation on Manoj master and also going to take Manoj and Reiki to a professional barbering academy to develop their skills on barbering.

What a transformation in this man. I am so happy to see this. His confidence has grown , he looks healthier too. He knows and remembers where he was as can be seen from his spray which he has kept from his old shop, albeit with a newer bottle. There are many people about who say they are religious but what this man did for you by emptying his wallet was one of the most religious things I’ve ever seen, a man helping his fellow man. …quite the opposite of what you usually see.

Well done Tez! I think both Manoj and Reiki will make good use of the barber school.
Manoj has got raw potential and right now he looks like he's trying to find what kind of barber he wants to be. I honestly think the showman path (Asim style) is not for him. It makes him look rough and rushing, though I somewhat think it's his way of showing his enthusiasm. Something more collected would probably benefit his persona way more.
Reiki on the other hand is like a hidden gem who needs to be put in the spotlight it deserves. A school is the right way to grow his talent to new heights.
