That one was my favorite because it felt like they had a lot of fun doing it and put a lot of thought into it. I also love that they sent bee seeds. Def. going to get one of their boxes in the future! The other two that weren’t filled with used makeup had some interesting products and were very nice but the first one made me excited because it felt wholesome and sweet like something a friend would give you. Ya know?
the 10£ bag seems like a scam, not only bc there were testers & ripped labels but let me tell you... The Body Shop hasn't sold those type of eyeshadows in years, meaning it's super old & expired!
The 2nd box was actually made, that’s definitely way more stuff than you get in a look fantastic beauty box. I think it’s nice they reused the box and packaging x
As a small business/Etsy shop owner, definitely definitely leave a negative review on box 3 because you'll help others to not get scammed. It's so clear that they've just nicked products and shoved them in a bag for an easy tenner I really appreciate the fact that you've supported small businesses though, and you should definitely send the video link to all of the sellers. I saw the reaction of someone seeing their item being used in a photographers work and honestly, it makes people's day 💜
Everyone's talking about Freedom being discontinued a year ago, but some stores actually still sell them and products usually don't go bad unless they've been opened. The "jar" best before date is always from whenever it was opened, not when it was produced.
Exactly. I would've been taken aback just a bit too not gonna lie. But products like that are actually useful for people with eczema and psoriasis on their torso because it can affect the nipples and make them super dry cracked and painful. Luckily my psoriasis is just on my upper and side of my chest but I've heard it's painful when it affects the nipples. Little medical spill. Full of medical knowledge and love to share
The look fantastic box deffo wasn’t one of their monthly subscription boxes with a higher price set! Thankfully! Confused though as the box and packaging looked like it! 😅 I can’t believe the lip product with the tester sticker still on! Shameful haha
That dr lip nipple balm is AMAZING for lips! It was so hyped up last year x that £17 box was amazing! The high end brands Charlotte tilbury, kvd etc bloody excellent value that was x

That NYX powder puff is in the tester packaging too. Even worse, when I worked on NYX, even when we got the new testers, they'd still come in a box. So if it was a "new unused" tester it'd still have a box. That's 100% been taken from the shelf. Also, those NYX eyeshadow glitters/ single are comfortably 5 to 6 years old. They were long discontinued when I started and that was in 2018.

After months of watching makeup content, I ended up making my first makeup purchase based on your love of the Too Faced Sweet Peach palette in January 2018. Still use that palette as recent as this past Saturday!

I liked box 1 the most, but I do think both box 2 and box 4 had really good value for your money. Most of the brands in the last box are pretty expensive, so you definitely got your moneys worth 😊

The tester product might not have been used, my mum used to get extra testers when she did makeup stand merchandising but I wouldn't want to risk it either 😂
I was thinking that! My friend's mum got a whole load of extra product from the supplier, like a massive bag full haha, and some of them were made to be testers but were never sent to a shop so she bought them super cheap

Ah I wish you'd opened the nyx powder kiss lipstick! It's got a little sponge applicator which comes clean and white. You'd have to push up product to use so you'd definitely know if it was used!
Loved the video and idea! The nipple balm is AMAZING for dry lips, excema, etc... I leave it on overnight and love it! It has a lot of different ways of using it. ♥️
I worked for boots and we received products with tester labels on that never actually went on the shop floor. The staff would get to buy them cheap for charity donations etc. Because we for so many products we couldn’t actually use them all

Know what creeps me out about #3 box, I know there's people that dumpster drive places like ulta. Ulta, when people return items they have to throw them away. So perfect literally go thru a dumpster out back and get used, returned, expired makeup from the dumpster. My thoughts when I saw tester was either- they worked somewhere and weirdly took the tester home, stole a tester in a store, or got it dumpster diving and it's one a store tossed for a reason.
Dr. Lipp is the best!!! I use it for any super dry skin patches I have. I've even been using it on some eczema I've been experiencing on my right eyelid. Its all natural and no scent. Its honestly amazing. Its called nippers balm because it was originally advertised for women who were breast feeding since its all natural and won't hurt hungry babies.
The amount of euphemisms during the eyeliner and mascara application 😂 appreciate the upload, distracted me nicely from my anxiety for a bit 😅 Also really liked the eyeshadow look on you!
Ok.... Can I just say, I think you look really pretty it this makeup. Honestly, I don't know what made it so appealing, but I genuinely love it. You did quite a nice job with the eyeshadow 🤗
From looking at the 'tester' lipstick I don't think it was used. I used to work in a salon that stocked makeup retail and we would get extra testers for everything but never needed them and got to keep them. You can see the product fill the clear section near the tip of the tube thay happens when you first open it

Know what creeps me out about #3 box, I know there's people that dumpster drive places like ulta. Ulta, when people return items they have to throw them away. So perfect literally go thru a dumpster out back and get used, returned, expired makeup from the dumpster. My thoughts when I saw tester was either- they worked somewhere and weirdly took the tester home, stole a tester in a store, or got it dumpster diving and it's one a store tossed for a reason.

Dr. Lipp is the best!!! I use it for any super dry skin patches I have. I've even been using it on some eczema I've been experiencing on my right eyelid. Its all natural and no scent. From looking at the 'tester' lipstick I don't think it was used. I used to work in a salon that stocked makeup retail and we would get extra testers for everything but never needed them and got to keep them. You can see the product fill the clear section near the tip of the tube thay happens when you first open it
Ah okay that's good!! the packaging looked quite scratched and 'well loved' though haha. Maybe it had just been lying around somewhere for a long time! ❤️
@@sophielouuuise It was probably at the bottom of the drawers under the makeup stand for months before they took it after they got another delivery of them. Definitely was better to be safe especially with everything going on this past year 👌
