I\'m not sure but ,if anyone else is searching for learn how to draw realistic portraits try Loctavan Amazing Drawing Strategy (just google it ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my m8 got excellent results with it.
Beautiful work, love it!! When I'm feeling down on myself and ready to throw in the towel and give up, watching your videos inspires me tremendously and gives me the incentive to keep trying!! Thank you soooo much! :D
you made me laugh really hard HAHA I think I ned to start putting up my patience with hairs too haha sorry for laughing but your message really caught my attention on your descriptionson how you react on it =)hehe
I would never have thought to add in indigo for a tone, but it really works. I think the lesson I've learned from this is that you keep working in layers where I'd have finished halfway. That's how you get such richness and depth. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for answering my question. Your work is amazing. Thank you for the wonderful videos. It helps when you share on the video the colors you are using while you're drawing and the comments. I also did the butterfly which came out well and I'm working on the natural looking eyes. That need a lot more work. Thank you again
whoa when I saw that i thought it was REAL hair you really inspire me and other people too and show them that you can draw whatever and however you want 😁
Start slow, who doesnt love to draw? Then build up a love for it overt time. It must be very therapeutic. Of course it's work, but when youve challenged yourself and see yourself slowly getting better, surprising yourself, there's a natural tendency and desire to keep going.
Wow! I think the curly hair is a little difficult to draw than the straight hair, and we must have much patience to do it. And this is not new, to be patience with colored pencils drawing, its a big reality. But I love it so much! Many thanks Emmy, great tutorial video 🥰❤🧡💛
Wonderful tutorial, and yes your words are just right, patience is very important , but oh what a result, your drawing is just like realistic hair, thank yiu so mych ♡
You really take your time drawing and sharing your video in full laps.=) I enjoy watching your videos although I am a professional artist my self I sometimes have no patience w/ hairs LOL but of course for beginners you are a lot of help to them =)
I like so much ur tips like series of this video I wish make it about degree of colors of skin and also about how shadow all the face especially uder eye lips beside ear and so on finally 👏👏👏
I'm barely getting drawing hair in graphite. Colored pencil is my next medium I'll try. It's crazy how realistic they can make these colored pencil portraits.
Only problem in my drawing is hair. I don't know how to draw hair but now I can thanks Emmy. Can you please teach how to draw eyelashes with colour pencils .
THANK YOU. Whenever I look up how to draw something with coloured pencil it's a routine of weeding out ones that use chemicals to blend or Prismacolors. So glad I found a video with Polychromos without chemicals. Today, I found this first and it was exactly what I needed.
Prismacolors are wax based pencils. I usually use oil based pencils for drawing hair because I think the wax based pencils are too 'soft' for the fine details. But of course you could try it out that's just my opinion...
Hi! Super! But, did you draw this from your imagination(is that possible for beginners?) or did you (probably not ...) copy from a photo? How should we practice without a model (I absolutely have NO possibility to work with a person and proper photos are rare).
This is amazing, when I saw the thumbnail I thought at first that it was real hair. I couldn't see the logic of hair on the paper and looked at the caption. lol I'm such an idiot.
Hello Emmy , I am an artist too, I have a question to ask u ! I saw there are some white hair in , I want to know which pencil are u using? The white oil pencil? Thanks

THANK YOU. Whenever I look up how to draw something with coloured pencil it's a routine of weeding out ones that use chemicals to blend or Prismacolors. So glad I found a video with Polychromos without chemicals. Today, I found this first and it was exactly what I needed.

Як такі олівці називаються??
Your videos are extremely helpful :)
Does this still apply to prismacolor pencils? BTW great video!
Oooooh sooooo cooool
You are amazing hun💕
Wow!
so cool!
Needed this for my gcse 👍🏻👍🏻
İ dont have walnut brown at hand..what Shall i use as a substitute,im using a polychromos? Thanks :D
Great tutorial. What is the type of eraser that's being used? I can't find a comparable one, my pencil-type erasers are too broad...
Material list is under the video. It’s a pencil eraser
Will this turn out the same if I am using prismacolor colored pencils??
Prismacolors are wax based pencils. I usually use oil based pencils for drawing hair because I think the wax based pencils are too 'soft' for the fine details. But of course you could try it out that's just my opinion...
Very helpful thank you!
Super shading
Omg I love how you draw I would love for you to draw my son if possible ❤️❤️❤️ Amazing
You are amazing !!!
Awesome! Thank you!
Hi!
Super!
But, did you draw this from your imagination(is that possible for beginners?) or did you (probably not ...) copy from a photo?
How should we practice without a model (I absolutely have NO possibility to work with a person and proper photos are rare).
I drew this one without a reference photo. For most of my drawings I do use reference photo's from google.
Liked it.. Its tht easy 😨...
I am a 16 year old and I am practicing this type of drawing♥ thanks a lot it would really help me♥

This is amazing, when I saw the thumbnail I thought at first that it was real hair. I couldn't see the logic of hair on the paper and looked at the caption. lol I'm such an idiot.
Awesome video! :) Could you do one on red hair sometime? Would be amazing *-*
Hello Emmy , I am an artist too, I have a question to ask u ! I saw there are some white hair in , I want to know which pencil are u using? The white oil pencil? Thanks
I use a white colored pencil to blend the colors together and a pencil eraser to create highlights goo.gl/VUxGfU
hey hi awesome video! when you blend with. white ...do you do it with light pressure or heavy pressure?
Thank you! Light to medium pressure. I never use heavy pressure because you want to be able to add more layers.
wow!
Will this work with only one color pencil
