I'm not a hater and It's clear they use gear. I have nothing against steroid use. You still have to train your ass off. You don't just take steroids and grow. The haters are the ones that don't have access to good gear, have bad genetics, and are too dumb and lazy.

Depends on what you did to make them look like that, I could say that you over worked that part of the area, you could of over stretched or was dehydrated enough to look veiny.

I don't juice but I've always been vainy just recently started getting squiggly veins, it worried me so I'm trying to do my research to find out why this happens but yeah people would love if the could blame the juice 😂 I love the thought of what is possible naturally. Low fat percentage, large muscles, increased activity making better blood flow. Also genetics my mom's vains pop out and are large as well she's not ripped but has low fat percentage and large surface vains. I've had super vainy arms sence I was a young. Doctors love finding a vain on me lol they can see multiple from across the room lol 💪
