Cykreeus was separated from Vic in Episode 2 of RR and became corporeal fusing with Black Goku some episodes after reaching his current power
Xykree is a Alternative Cykreeus from another Universe......its like a Bad End Timeline where the Good Guy its beat by its Dark Self in the case of Xykree he adsorved Vicious in some Point in its Parallel Universe becoming Powefull making Vic power let just say he Reach its Dream that the Original Cykreeus never did
