As someone who owns two Addiesdive (Quartz Version of this watch) and an Invicta, I can say the Addiesdive is better than Invicta. Quartz versions can be picked up as little as $44.
Literally 28 bucks delivered... last week. Still waiting on customs. Can't wait to see it. I've got several addies autos. The new no-date is awesome for sure...
I finally got this a week or so ago. Fast shipping. Great bezel. Super GREAT lume. The second hand hits right on the marks... excellent grab and go... I've ordered all three at this point. 🙃
I’ve got the quartz version of this as my designated beater. Think I paid around $40 for it and it’s surprisingly held up so far. I thought that lume pip was a goner when I first saw it too but it’s still there. 🤷🏻
Bezel insert removal - whip the whole thing off; remove bezel gasket; soak bezel in HF-100 (or any other golf grip solvent) overnight(ish); old bezel insert just slips off and glue residue easily taken off with a toothpick. Did it myself with a grand's worth of Seiko Willard. Best of luck.
How good to watch you reviewing another good value wrist bling adornment. I do like Addiesdive offerings. You're teasing me on two fronts now, and I may just crumble under the pressure. Thank you for sharing this review and product with us all. Take care, Sir.
Something worth trying is to click one past 12 and then apply heat with a hair dryer to soften the adhesive. Then try and rotate the insert to the correct position 😉
In order to align the Tissot bezel, you can try tu run hot water from the tap over the head of the watch. It may temporarily loosen the adhesive of the bezel and you can push it into the right position. There is no guarantee, it works on some watches and it doesn't work on other watches.
I have this watch in green. It is my everyday watch. It loses maybe a couple of minutes a week. I needed (LOL) another watch. I have the white glacial turtle case that you reviewed about 2 months ago. I like it so I bought this one. I have a Steeldive turtle that is a subjectively better watch. I am satisfied with this Addiesdive..
I also have a Hyuara Smurf with perfectly matching dial and bezel with sapphire crystal and glide lock style clasp with ST16 movement for $45 and it's incredibly good.😊
Mine had a misaligned cyclops, and bezel/pip. Bought on Amazon for $56. It’s a beater work watch now. The Steeldive 1953 is a better option. I love the case, bracelet is decent, and the Miyota 2115 is great, reliable, silent, and reliable. I think I’ll swap a sapphire crystal for the mineral when it’s beat up and scratched enough. The lume is phenomenal for $50ish Sub homage, and the ceramic bezel is nice. Specs are great, if they could just get better with QC it would be perfect. Basically it’s a Seiko for $56. Not bad at all.
I have an Addiessive field watch and one with a faux patina . I'm not impressed with this one. Addies dive can do better. Why doesn't the blue of the bezel match the blue of the face. Why isn't it aligned ?
Can you point me to the best Ferrari alternative for under $1,000? Wait, you're saying I shouldn't buy such a thing?? Okay, I guess I'll stick with the fake Rolex then 😂
I am a big fan of your channel and I think you make interesting videos. However, when you have a watch like the Rolex DeepSea (like I do) how can you possibly review these watches as something worth purchasing? If you have nice watches, things like this are just landfill and I sort of feel that as a hobby we shouldnt be supporting buying junk watches that will be thrown away in a few months. Nobody really finds them satisfying to own (i speak from experience) and the second hand market for them is pretty weak as well. Sorry to get all eco-mental on you, but I feel like there are far too many companies using up the world's resources to manufacture junk watches at the moment. I feel you are better off saving up and buying one nice watch to last you a few years, than 10 crap watches that you wont wear in a month..... better for you, better for the environment.
Wrong. A decent cheap watch in any form will make you second guess your obsession, obviously a more expensive genuine design is better, in the grand scheme of the universe what are you doing. If you haven't asked that question ur lying to yourself and the Internet. Calm down.

I own this watch and a real 1954 Air King. This is not a junk watch, with a Seiko movement and the materials used it gives 80% of the experience for 5% of the price. I also own a Pagani Speedy homage which blows a Moonswatch out of the water. THAT is a junk watch!

It looks sharp. I'm not a fan of the Cyclops on any watch. I do think it looks better than the Invicta.... Thanks Randy 👍

going to try that
@@cheapwatchman_official what do u think, SD 1953 vs this Addie'sdive?
I have both. I preferred Addiesdive, only for the PIP on bezel and price. SD has better bracelet. AD is what I usually wear @@DavidPricop-rz7cr

I got the Steeldive Smurf in the sale for $55 on a rubber strap. It looks almost identical. It just looks great.😊
I’m probably a little late but what about comparing this watch to Steeldives 1953?
Got it along 6 AddieDive ! Love em & the price too‼️😎

But the plastic case is perfectly practical when travelling. I use it all the time since I don't own a fancy travelling case.
Yeah, make it better over a few vids. I'll bet some of us tag along.
I own 3 all Quartz just picked up last december sale for 35 bucks. Killed the invicta😂
Why have a lume pip on a lumed bezel?

I was also the first person to buy you a coffee on your channel. I’m not an obsessed fan, I promise!! So, what’s your address? LoL jk😅
Thank you!!!! appreciate you, my friend
Buy a invicta for the price they can't be beat
Casio Duro beats Invicta
@@DTAP17 I love casio but in what way the duro is better than the pro diver?

Quite like that diver, looks like a Smurf, how bad can it for the price! Not much from the looks of it
I still think the SD1953 is better.
Too bad it's that pale purplish blue and not a proper sunburst blue, nice quality for the buck though!
That thing is 40 bucks on dhgate
The mismatched dial and bezel color is terrible.
I love the watch but that caseback is like sandpaper. Total deal breaker. Heartbreaking.
Thank you for your review, I'm going to pass 😢

If there was a Ferrari alternative for under $1000 that was just as fast as a Ferrari, of course you SHOULD buy it.
@@duncan18663 Except that there isn't, and there's also no Rolex alternative at that price either.
First!

While you get overexcited about these Chinese watches, ask yourself who's making these cheap watches and under what conditions.
@cheapwatchman_official, fun vid. That's the Randy I know and appreciate from the CAM channel - energy, enthusiasm, and passion. Keep it up! 🙃
