Question: A lot of records in Nigeria weren’t recorded before & during the 1970’s so my husband had to have an affidavit done to solidify his DOB; question is will there be an issue if the DOB is different on a document being submitted for proof and what would you suggest in this situation. Also for the DOB of his parents my mother in law and deceased father in law, if those records wasn’t recorded and mother in law or their children don’t know the DOB. Thank you in advance for your help.

I will need more information about husband's date of birth issue to properly answer your question. you can schedule a strategy session with me to discuss the details www.lillylegal.com/contact-us or 508-443-1788
For parent's date of birth, if it unknown and there is no way for him to find the information then can say it is unknown. I have done this for our clients.
