The flaps of an A-10 raise automatically when ignoring engines, presumably for ease of lift, and the power went to 110% as WEP (war emergency power). As for the floating in mid air the soviets did it
For the A-10 Warthog, I believe the power was at 110% as a reference to War Emergency Power (WEP). It a mode fighter pilots can activate to get maximum power for emergency situations in combat. Edit: I should mention that it was predominantly used in WWII aircraft, and I’m not sure if the A-10 actually has WEP or not
Hello, I love your Idea. However, we are already attempting this and the game does not like it. Turns out dropping an egg from 500 blocks in the sky does not break it.
The floating in mid-air is a glitch I found not too long ago. If you detach a part of your creation and the part that is detached, moves faster than the original object; then the world sets a new water physics level at the point of detachment.
Note 1: Use the desert map to deal with jets...... it's way bigger and let you test it. It is actually off-set in the real plane due to the rotary cannon's recoil, else it would kick it on one side of the yaw. Even though the A-10 has a dual trigger stability system, an off-yaw kick would've likely messed with accuracy.
@@lacucaracha111111 no it doesn’t, it only produces the power of just over one of the engines total and since it’s in a dive it wouldn’t matter, the aircraft cannot stall from firing the gun at all

110% is perfectly reasonable in a military aircraft. It’s essentially emergency power. The engines can’t sustain it indefinitely but it can be used for just that bit more power when really needed.
I think the 110% throttle is for the WEP witch basically allows the engines of warplanes to be more powerful for a brief period of time and allow the pilot to escape some situations, but keeping it for too long damages the engine
for the A-10 the bomb that went slightly faster then you it had similar velocity but less mass and drag so for a short amount of time it would be a little bit faster, since you were close to the ground it did not have the time to lose velocity which made it look faster. :)

Not known by scrapman, that bomb carried by A-10 is actually a guided bomb. So if he has spawned in a target, the bomb will guide itself to the target. But a successful hit will only be granted if you throw the bomb at the general direction of the target with sufficiently high speed.
Mm idea. Co-op hover tanks. One team member builds a hover platform, one member builds the turret. Cardboard/bubble block vs spud or an explosive launcher vs wood, either would be pretty cool. I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo disappointed in scrapman for not pressing the brrrrt button while flying the A-10
The Glider was cool, but I think it would be even better with a very low power propeller giving just enough power to sustain flight, while it feels pretty much the same, but it's more practical
i suggest that you play simple planes. it’s a very cool game all about planes vehicles maybe even a rocket or two and even tanks. it’s very realistic and has extremely realistic aerodynamics. you can build planes and you can download planes.
I don't know what's up with the textures, but the landing strip is below water level. If you looked at your altimeter, before takeoff, still don't understand why it lets you take off though.
Hey Scrapman, you should play Kerbal space Program. It's kinda like scrap mechanic survival, but space exploration, rocket building, and interstellar travel
110% throttle is for when the alternative is death. 100% is maximum thrust without damage, 110% irl causes engine damage unless you use it for short bursts in which case it mostly heats up coolant and causes more minor wear on the engine. Doesn't make sense for a game when the engine doesn't damage itself at 110% because if the engine isn't damaging itself and can't go faster then that's just 100% throttle, not 110%.
Im dissapointed the a10 cant brrrrrrt. If it cant brrrrt it isnt an a10. Idc if its like a fast pe pew aslong as it makes a beam its good. Extra points if it makes the sound
I don't know how much this game approaches into realism, but a glider needs some very long wings to catch more wind. Gonna wait until someone test this.
Does main assembly have bigger maps? Idk if it does but it it does it would probably be good to use when looking at planes, maybe there are modded maps like trailmakers or something
I’m pretty sure the bomb went ahead of you for a second because it maintains the speed of the plane but is also lighter so until the speed of the bomb decreases the bomb will stay ahead of you, I’m pretty sure this is because of centrifuge force or the other one which i can’t remember
The flaps of an A-10 raise automatically when ignoring engines, presumably for ease of lift, and the power went to 110% as WEP (war emergency power). As for the floating in mid air the soviets did it

The A10 offset gun BOTHERS ME XD
The front wheel was explicitly offset so the massive gun wouldntg throw off the plane when firing
so, i am not alone with that issue
