This time of year you can throw any moving baits and catch em lol. Swimbaits of all styles can work really well. Ive been killing it with finesse 3" and smaller paddle tails just a little north of you lol.

I might get the shimano curado dc 150 soon, any rod you would say the goes AMAZING with it or no. I have a carbon baitcaster and i love it but is there is a rod you would recommend for the curado 150

You're literally watching a video that has Logan catching fish after fish in googan rods and even googan baits then have the audacity to state something like that smh lol wow. Btw I've fished two googan green series go to rods heavy for 3 years with no issues. I test and review gear as a hobby and they are no different than 80% of rods on the market. They are manufactured by a reputable rod manufacturer as well. Being brand bias doesn't allow for good over all recommendations on gear.
