Suppose mai dosa khane gaya aur maine 40₹ ka order kiya aur ussne 200₹ ka de deeya. Now he is asking me for 200₹. Now what? mujhe laga 40 ka tha and maine voh consume bhi Karliya
Mistake occured due to misrepresentation, so the contract would become void.. But quantum merit would apply and he would be entitled to get reasonably according to work done.
