I know I’m late, but I have to say. I doubt it, Otis Miller is basically the Red Dead version of real life outlaw Jesse James, even this song is very similar to Jesse James’ and I doubt they’d have a major character be that similar to a real life famous Outlaw.
Yeah, but in the completed map to his treasure, he says how he was innocent and how he never did any of the bad actions that people say he did. I think that a story about a man on the run with his family and "brothers" would be a pretty good tale.
