Yes, she is a trained singer, so 'professional', but without a full time stage job yet that's worthy of her talent. She really cannot be tied to the theatre either, can she, not anymore. Also, whatever training she had before, she applauded her BGT voice coach during that final breakfast tv appearance as making a huge difference for her, and she is continuing with that very coach, now too.
