I was there. They played the first five songs without break, last of which was "Unleash", then Miku talked about their redesigned outfits, then on to "Thrill". I saw and talked to Mr. Kubota there, former booking manager of Club Eggman, next to the Maids themselves the person most responsible for B-M surviving the early lean years.
I bought the long archive ticket for the stream, and I lost count of how many times I watched it. The Maids were all
in Goddess Mode throughout this whole concert! 3½ hours! It was mindblowing! I've never heard Saiki sounding so good! 😎🤘
I've seen them live three times and would happily see them another hundred times. I saw sabbath, purple, queen, santana, jeff beck and dozens of others in their prime, and Band-maid's shows rank right up there with the best of any of those.
The best live rock band in the history of rock.

I was there (from LA) and it was the best show that I have ever experienced (until the next Band Maid show). Unleashed was #5 of 33, and the last song before the MC/Intro. So memorable, Po! I hope they one day perform at the new K Arena (The Worlds largest music arena, capacity 20K) in Yokohama, Po! 🦍🍌
Watched the livestream and have the Blu-ray/DVD combo ordered! I had the long archive ticket and watched it many times! The whole show was fire!
I flew 13.000 miles to go to that Okyu-ji. Didn't have the best seat in the house but I was there. Amazing show, three and a half hours have never passed so quickly. Only downside was that I didn't understand the MC's. Really hope they will do Europe next year.
I also had the pleasure to see HADES and Sheglapes live too while I was in Japan. Two bands I hope will get their breaktrough soon

MISA’s bass tone has always been great. But at this show, she had some sort of magic going on.

You're right RC, their music makes you pay attention. I can't have a BAND-MAID song playing in the background while I work or doing anything else for that matter. I want to listen and let the music envelope me. Check out YOLO and RINNE. Two more songs that needed several listens to notice everything that's going on and appreciate the Awesome compositions. Just another song where Misa forgets how to just keep the beat. Practically a bass solo for the whole song. How can anyone not love that.

Dear "Rock Candy". I don't even know your real name, but today I want to say "dankon" (Esperanto, meaning "thank you") to you and your work. I like your channel a lot. Here is why:
-- There are only a handful of "grown-up", authentic reactors. Most of them are more or less ignorant kids.
-- You wear appropriate clothes, no baseball cap, no shirts with stupid imprints, just simple black.
-- Your room is decent as well. Watch other reactors and their rooms packed with all kind of scrap.
-- I like your raspy voice (is raspy the right word? I mean kind of a "whisky voice", but do not want to be offensive)
-- You use appropriate language without any f-words.
-- Your introductions are always very minimalistic, reduced to the absolute necessary.
-- You don't pause.
-- You don't eat or drink during your show.
-- You smile in a very sophisticated and likeable way (are you sure that you are not Akane's grandpa? 😇😅).
-- Your reactions after the video are focused and clear, even for a simple mind like me.
Conclusion: dankon, Danke, merci, aligato. You deserve many more followers. Good luck and enjoy yourself.

While the entire show outstanding, for me, the real stand-out performance was the Saiki piano solo! Her first time doing that in front of a crowd, her nerves must have been ready to snap, but she pulled it off perfectly like the pro that she is!
Does anyone know how many visitors fit into this venue?
