Cloud Gate dancers' daily trainings include ballet, contemporary dance, Tai Chi, martial arts. Today, see dancers in a unique class led by Li Guo-wei and CHEN Chun-lung that combined breathing, Tai Chi Daoyin and internal martial arts, and Artistic Director CHENG Tsung-lung rehearse for upcoming performances.

2022 世界芭蕾日
雲門舞者日常訓練多元，包含芭蕾舞、現代舞、太極、武術等。「世界芭蕾日」這天，將看見雲門獨特的身體訓練，由雲門教師李國維、陳駿巃帶領舞者進行太極導引、武術的課程；也能看見藝術總監鄭宗龍，為了即將到來的演出，與舞者排練《十三聲》、《霞》、《毛月亮》的畫面。
這天，跟著雲門舞者在綠劇場，一起體驗舞者日常訓練！

這一批舞者身體能力很好，也很有特色… 但是沒有雲門的「風格」！就是會跳舞的年輕人而已，希望新任藝術總監可以在年輕舞者與雲門之間，找到一個平衡點，不然我覺得很可惜，如果只是要一個會跳舞的舞團，那我倒是改去贊助其它小型舞團…
