I nearly lost it when you guys put the art desk together the voice and everything on it was so funny
Studio makeovers always get me thinking about my storage solutions. A few years back I got deep into organizer youtube and tried a lot of stuff. My apartment still has too much stuff in it but I came out with four picks for "most functional storage containers":
3-ring binder accessories - reciepts, manuals, odds and ends like rarely used cables, leftover screws, old phones can go into binders with plastic dividers and pencil bags. Clears out a lot of retail packaging.
Cafeteria trays - they're miniature workspaces, slide off shelves like a drawer, and stack and store easily. Would have saved you some cleanup with your potted plants!
Pen organizer towers - basically like the makeup bins but with an angle so things slide in and out better. I like these over flat bins for most things.
Binder clips and velcro cable ties - they don't divide up space, they consolidate it. It's the inverse, but it has the same effect of organizing the storage into something more than a pile.
Ahhh natural light from a window! Honstly every artist/youtubers dream. The space looks lovely thank you so much for sharing and cant wait to see you grow into the space :)
I’m moving in a week and it’s going to be the first time I’ll get to have a whole room dedicated to studio work, this is making me even more excited!
