Tiana Corinne Men don’t play without knee pads because when you dig for the ball, you’re supposed to use your stomach. Not your knees

Knee pads can be pretty bad for your technique as you aren't supposed to dive on your knees. However, people use them as protection because it still often happens that we hurt out knees in the floor someway.
I don’t usually wear knee pads, but I’m a clumsy player and I trip over myself a lot so I’ll wear them during a few practices but never during a match.

It’s not an official match so the whole standing out thing shouldn’t matter. And both of them were swinging in the video so again, they can’t be liberos.
Yeh they need to stand out, but no doubt he’s a Libero. He’s out when a middle blocker serves and after the next rotation, he gets back in. He’s always at the back and never the front so he’s not a wing spiker. He’s definitely a Libero.

Great content and good quality of play. You know players are good when the ball has zero spin on it from pass 1 to pass 2 and the setter plays pass 2 for the spike or middle hit
