The split screen that allows each character to adventure in different areas at the same time sounds like a wonderful feature, and if it works well i hope more games from here on out can adopt this feature like this into their gameplay.
You know this guy is so proud of this game and I really respect that I wasn't interested at first but now I'm getting this game, also I'm 21 does it matter how old you are? No as long as you are enjoying a game it shouldn't matter if it's a "kids" game or not just enjoy yourself! :)
if you think about it, every content disc is a different game,6 - 7 hours is the average time it takes to complete a huge game if you are playing non-stop without any screw-ups, you are actually buying a game for less than what the average game costs, plus you have almost unlimited ways to costumize and improve your game and gameplay.
Look at it from Disney's Money/Marketing and the Collectible enthusiastic POV. For Disney, they saw Skylanders. They wanted in on that. So, they made their own, with a Little Big Planet twist. Disney is great for kids, teens, and adults alike. What this game offers for all 3 is great for us and them and the marketing. For the toys, they're trophies. Seeing and Feelings are two very different things, and we want the Three Dimensional objects. It's a sensation you just can't describe very well.

I'll love that. The effects look entertaining. The only thing missing...is I want Brave and its world. I hope they are planning that to add on.

At 1st I thought it was some stupid alternative to Skylanders or however Spyro was murdered. Now, I am extremely impressed with not only the graphics but the possible replayability.
I'm not the biggest Disney fan. But I am really looking to buy this 'game' for the level of creativity. So thumbs up to Disney for selling their franchises to a none fan. The down side? I don't like the steep prices for additional content. Think create a level on TIME SPLITTERS and paying to change the enviroments. This concept has serious potential. But will the money grabbing haunt this game?
As somewhat of a Dreamworks animation fan, it's bittersweet to see the confusion you have. I love the fact that Dreamworks more and more is accidentally being mistaken for Disney/Pixar, and that's awesome if taken as a compliment. However, I think that when Dreamworks comes out with a great animation like "How to Train Your Dragon", they need the credit they deserve. So, sorry, but no Dreamworks movies will be represented in this game.

Disney fans are also collectibles fans. Pin trading, vynlmations, snow globes, figurines etc. Disney knows exactly what they're doing.

Yeah but for 12.99 you're looking at 6-7 hours of gameplay along with all it adds to the toybox. Most DLC packs for games for at lEASTTT $15.
