- A teenager who marched outside an Islamic centre with firelighters in his pocket while waving an England flag is going to “lose everything because of one night of stupid behaviour,” a court heard.
James Martin was jailed for two years and two months after the incident on August 8 in Scarborough.
York Crown Court heard Martin was in a group of four people who marched outside the Islamic centre on Roscoe Street while people were inside praying just after 10pm.

The Appeal Court needs to get on the case.
The peelers were not justified in arresting and searching him for waving the flag of his country in any situation. An appeal immediately should be sought and the Judge needs to take a look at himself.

Free movement was taken away from us by Brexit. Poland is particular when it comes to immigrants and the locals are very hostile to them.
