Thanks so much lady! For this one I would say make the tube top part shorter and the pant more high waist so that the it's loose in that area, or add a wide sash belt
with woven fabric you have to account for hip and thigh ease. You'll need it to be wider in the hips and thighs so that you can walk and sit down. depending on the type of woven, you may be able to get a similar drape/flow I'd try linen. You'll also have to add a zipper for the top.

Did you put any elastic in the top area?
No maam. It's exactly as shown in the video. The top is xtra fitted and when doubled over it acts as it's own elastic tube top.
