    how does your grip change as you start swinging from behind your back to hit the shuttle e.g. will your grip tighten ?

      Besides, I would not say that the emphasis should be placed on "Legs Bent at 90 degree Angle."
      It shall be considered as a natural reaction when trying to arch the back in the air.
      If someone accidentally pays too much attention to bend his legs, he may waste some of his power on hitting shuttlecock.

      you are correct on the slice as he is rotating his wrist round the shuttle too early. Plus the arch back in the air isn't due to bending the back it is due to pushing your hips up.

    for performing this we need to have strong muscle strength and also have felxibility in our body....I am takin planet ayurveda's muscle strengthening pack which is really good for muscle strength and prevent it from injuries
