What a wonderful memory this used to be my neck of the woods! Took 20 young people there in 1990 and walked back enjoying an afternoon dip in a lagoon and waterfall! Once again well done, clear commentary on the joys o trains and the North Yorkshire Moors!
A superb video Martyn if i may say so i will be up north again myself in June 2022 and hope to get some more video of this wonderful railway and the volunteers who run the NYMR.

I have always spent my childhood at the railway and I was there when this was filmed and I am here now as I speak I always used to stay at a house in Grosmont and used to go to the engine sheds every night to say goodbye to the trains 🚂
And where better to spend a Saturday afternoon Martyn , maybe in the allotment ? , but for me this is the place , funny I was there Sunday ...just for a change ...Dave
