I’m living vicariously through you and the family. I miss fishing in the gulf so badly. My step dad died several years ago and my mom moved up here in B’ham to be closer to me so she wouldn’t be alone and we don’t have a boat nor place to stay anymore. Awwwww😢😢😢

Agreed on just salt and pepper for the steaks! In fact, I'm not a pepper fan personally, if I was gonna add Garlic, I'd buy a fresh garlic bulb, and grate what I needed. Lowry's has this crap inside: "Sea Salt, Garlic, Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Sugar, Parsley, Natural Flavor and Extractives of Carrot (for Color)."

I just redid my kitchen. Tore down a wall. Added a huge 52"x92" island. I say huge because my house is only a 3 bed 2 bath, 1150sq ft. my kitchen is now about 190 sq ft lol our island is our table
