I'm pretty sure they are remo Power Stroke 77s...I don't think we tune then super high, but I also don't think they are super low so medium tension maybe? I'm not very good with tuning (YET!), so I may be completely wrong...I'll check with my percussion director next time I see him
@@as0-gamer999 that’s really interesting, I’d love to hear why. I was gonna assume that someone on staff marched the cadets or it would be a similar reason that they do it.
@gavin8164 funny enough, no one on our staff is at cadets, James Sparling used to work with us, but that was like 10 years ago, before he was with cadets. The tl;Dr is it made the guards life easier and right foot on beats 1 and 3 (and left on 2 and 4) also makes sense on drumset so our percussion director didn't fight it. Also most humans naturally step off on the right foot
Go crazy Dom!
For the algorithm. ✊
awesome!
what's the drumhead? and is it high tension

@dewpercussions no I think it's just the clear...you planning on using mylar?

@@onionn-ring yeah, Justin McGruder has some videos showcasing his mylar heads

@@as0-gamer999 Ok. I'm finna order one soon, for camp
the random "yahtzee!" might just be me but ive never heard anyone use yahtzee. also thats amazing playing for matched bro
Yo Mylar let’s go, when it’s tuned well it sounds so good. I just wish it was more durable
Also is ur school right foot lead?
@gavin8164 yes sir, Kings is right foot lead. If you want when I have time I can explain why we switched
