    I have found, over the past 38 years, that reading the Bible for just a few minutes, each day, especially the Psalms and Proverbs, is the most mind strengthening, soul invigorating thing of all.

    Barely started my mental toughness journey about a month and half ago with cold showers and was going great until i have been sick for these last 3 or 4 days and this sickness is taking a while to go away. Hoping this doesn't takeaway my confidence.

    Generic statements do not help the longterm. You have to know the REASON why BOTH we need to apply and why it works DUE to everyone being unique with unique histories. Plus and most important, we have to undo before we can do. Would LOVE to critique this book smh cant go around making up positivity like its going to just come out of thin air. We have to correct the lies, understand order/authority and build a firm foundation first. Long term is key.
    Everyone wants to know why I have so much strength. I dont apply frosting on a cake that hasnt been mixed or baked properly. Thats how.
