T - Idling adjustment (Mixed fuel volume control)
L - Low Speed Fuel Volume Control
H - High speed fuel volume adjustment
Setting method (may vary slightly depending on brand and model)
L - Tighten all clockwise and then counterclockwise 1 1/4 wheel
H - Tighten all clockwise and then counterclockwise 1 1/2 turns
