- This tutorial video is to show how to dismantle the Platinum Piano XL HDD karaoke player and show the different components inside.
Anyone who bought the said player and still under warranty but wants to see inside his player is their chance to have a look.

Tanong lng sir meron po akong nirerepair na platinum BMB ONE nag short po ang kanyang HDD ,dinisconnect ko po ang HDD, hindi po ba talaga tutunog pag disconnected ang HDD sir?
Hello and good day, I Just bought this HDD in June 2022 and brought it back to USA, worked fine and now it just stays on showing LOADING. Nothing happens thru remote either. Is there a reset button or what can I do? I tried calling company and the phone I use rings. Please help
sirni have tried to clone itsnhdd to ssd using easeus tool it cant be readnmy the player. can i ahve a copy of ypur hard drive po?
I wonder if the fw of this will allow this unit to boot from the sd card instead of the hdd?
As I understand to let Piano XL HDD to boot from the SD card, the firmware of Piano XL SD is needed since basically these two players' mainboard are indentical except the storage they used. I heard that it can be done this way although I haven't tried myself.
Hello and Good day Sir! I would like to know if there's a sound difference between the sd card and hdd version of this player? Thank you! Given same or identical motherboard. I am just wondering, if the files (midi or sound files) that are inside the hdd has better quality than the sd card resulting to good sound output especially the bass. By the way I have a platinum commander which was purchased if I can remember correctly was in the year 2016. I am planning to switch from CD to SD or HDD. I am gathering information in what I will purchase next, the sd card or the hdd version. There's a more or less 30% price difference here in Manila po.

@@bernardsalvacion2271 There is no difference in sound quality because they have the same midi chip and sharing the same karaoke content.
The main difference is the storage used and Piano XL HDD does not have USB port since you don't need usb expansion for user content because all fit in the hdd.

MAs magastos po pala amg uodate sa hdd, unmike if sa sd card so pagkuha mo anng latest, lets sY after a year ka nag uodate, ma cover na lahat, unlike sa hdd 150 per month
Why my unit piano xl hdd can't connect to wifi or platinum link?
Are you sure your phone is not blocking the connection?
I have no issue here connecting to S6 phone Tab S6 and Tab S7+ here.
When i down load the platinum link there was no piano xl hdd to select only piano xl sd..maybe that why it cannot recognize the unit..
@@ferdinandantonio9909 I can not see what is going on your side so it is hard to pinpoint where is the problem.
Before running Platinum Link, your phone under wi-fi should see all the available devices. Mine here I can see my Piano 1.5, Piano XL SD and Piano XL HDD and I can choose which one to connect. Once connected I can then run Platinum Link and search for the player from the menu.

If I were you Sir I would Rather speak Tagalog while explaining. Because not all can understand well your explanation.
Appreciate for your recommendation sir. Actually I tried my best to put on video what my tutorial on karaoke group upon their request so that even if explained in English they can still have idea since they can watch what is going on. Images and video clips caters the non speaking community and we here overseas catered by the english talkies.
Also it is easier for me to explain in English when it comes to technical terms. Based on my experience on Karaoke related groups and in fact I am one of the admins in one group and a lot of Pinoys coined words that is already opposing the real meaning.
Yes po, I was actually planning before to have two versions (English/Filipino) but I don't have much time for the different projects on hand and also I am the only one doing these on my own.
