Are u sure that you need SSD that fast? I mean Samsung Evo 850 is kind of a new SSD, not that new but other cheaper SSD can do pretty good job too. By cheaper I don’t mean the cheapest, like WD or sea gate or crucial

Thanks for the instructions how to upgrade. 13"My MacBook Pro 2011, i7 500GB needs new RAM. Should I buy "Samsung NB 8GB DDR3 1333 x 2 pc, or the DDR3 1600? The DDR3 16000 is selling x1. I would have to buy 2 pcs. Could you please advise what to buy? What is the difference between the 2 versions? I am not an expert. I can remove and install RAM. Thank you for helping.

+Dillon Le hey sorry man been busy with other priorities. Will try get it out asap. But I can already tell you if you're looking for a 180 degree open anti-theft backpack, get the ClickPack Pro. Been using it for the past month whereas I couldn't stand using the Bobby for one day.

So does this model only take 1 stick of ram? I've never seen an 8+2
As you can see when installed the new RAM, the MacBook does have 2 slots. I only removed one of the existing 2GB RAM sticks because I only have one new stick of 8GB. I kept one existing 2GB stick to make a total of 10GB and as you can see in the OS, it detected and ran it fine with no issues :)
I have zero tech skills, I want to buy the parts and get an expert to install, for the SSD do I need +single mount, or just the SSD is enough?
