Great video analysis.. I think it's also important to note that OU's QB is left handed so he was responsible for protecting the blind side.

Exactly what I have been saying. You can teach his size and movement. He has elite potential. Hands and technique are very fixable..especially with Duke.

I actually had Dallas drafting Georgia's offensive lineman Amarius Mims, who went to the Bengals at pick NO. 18.
    WHY?
'Cause I KNOW how the Jones' "THINK."
They'd rather take a shot at a player that has some, what they perceive as, "MINOR FLAWS", but has a chance to be "GREAT" / "GENERATIONAL" over a "SAFE PICK", like CENTER Graham Barton.
    SIDE NOTE:
At the end of the day, how much "BETTER" is Graham Barton over Cooper Beebe?
I bring up my thinking of Dallas drafting Mims, 'cause I had offensive lineman Tyler Guyton right behind Mims, 'cause he fits the Jones' "PROFILE" just like Mims does.
    WHAT'S THE "PROFILE?"
What I noticed in Dallas drafting offensive lineman going all the way back to OL Erik Williams (small school), Larry Allen (who also went to a small school. That was his "FLAW") through to Flozell Adams, Tyron Smith (although T. Smith had a pretty much rock solid "CHARACTER", character wise), and up to offensive lineman Tyler Smith.
All players - with, like I said, the exception of probably Tyron Smith - who had "FLAWS", but hss a chance to be "GREAT" / "GENERATIONAL."
I think, at least for me, Flozell Adams fell "SHORT."
    Larry Allen obviously didn't.
    Tyron Smith didn't.
    Injuries slowed him down.
And I think Tyler Smith and Tyler Guyton won't either.
I had Guyton below Mims, 'cause too many reports kept mentioning the one thing about Guyton I still have a problem with, that has to be fixed IMMEDIATELY:
    IMMATURITY.
I didn't think Dallas should've been messing around with players with "MATURITY PROBLEM", but I'm not surprised they drafted him, either.
I'm not worried about his on the field "FLAWS."
Those can be "FIXED", and fairly quickly with off-season camps and coaching, etc.
But he has to "GROW UP" IMMEDIATELY.
Some people mention his lack of a "NASTY STREAK", and how that can't be "TAUGHT", etc.
But I'm not worried about that, either.
On the "RIGHT" team with the "RIGHT" teammates, etc, I think he'll be alright in that department, too!
BUT HE DEFINITELY HAS TO GROW UP - and FAST.

He's already working with Duke Manyweather along with Cooper Beebe!! Just wait, Micah and D Law will whoop him into an awesome left tackle!! Some fans had issues when Tyler Smith was drafted because of the holding issues he had, but he's already a pro bowler!!

Not a Dallas fan but a fan of the draft and Foots work, I also I’ve been guilty to overemphasize his flaws. One good thing that I’ve noticed is that despite his hands issues I don’t think I’ve seen him get walked back and overpowered once on film. I haven’t watched all of his games tho maybe it’s there and I haven’t seen it but when he gets beat, it’s usually when he misses with his hands and he can’t stay locked to his man because of it. That’s pretty much how he got beat at senior bowl, You’re not getting through him. Just his mirror ability is enough to survive year one, his biggest obstacle though will be transitioning from RT to LT. I really think he’s going to be good for Dallas.

What up Foots, if you get a chance check out some of the Brevyn Spann-Ford game against Nebraska, the dude is going to be dominant in combo and scrape blocks, they had him line up in the slot and out wide, he went undrafted because of the way Minn used him

Footwork is like dancing. Ether you are light on your feet and glide like an angle. Or, your mud stomping and completely out of rhythm. Some people have it. Others don't. Emmitt proved that.
