Those are the dixie chicks in that painting and it was an easter egg for that on the album they sang another song with Taylor called soon you'll get better about taylor's mom journey with cancer. This was the first video of the lover era (before we even knew the album was called lover- hence the sign when taylor was sitting on the unicorn) and held a lot of easter eggs about the album
