Following on from last weeks release of Dylan Rieder's La Casa Artists Residency, we are happy to drop the second part in this series - Natas Kaupas. Two generations
of skateboarding came together for ten days in the idyllic La Casa surrounds to build a mini-ramp, skate, relax and create.

Natas, the Gonz, Tommy G, Mike V, they were street riding gods to us back when Vert was still king, glad to see these pioneers are doing well...

So awesome to see him after all these years. I've never met him in person I've been to a couple places where he's skated and watched them skate. I grew up in the Bay area San Jose California We used to go to to Santa Cruz a lot I now live in Boise Idaho. 2021. But it's just good to see the guys are just kind of like cruise on with life and that's awesome I can't skateboard anymore really I got no meniscus in my knees all those years of skateboarding who would have known. Lol I don't regret it at all totally don't I enjoyed skateboarding all the time I was never as good as he was but boy I tried live long Natas

Watch the natas documentary. He's been skating/surfing non stop since 2001.

Natas a legend of pioneer a creator , and of course the Gonz the two living legends it was the love of skating is why they are truly the best ever they never allowed fortune and fame in front of them just creators the two artists the changed the style of skating forever thank you both for great times in the 1980s

That's a living lagend over there,. Start giving as big as appreciation to the lagend who change the course of skateboarding while they still around unlike as usual started appreciate them after they gone,.

I skated only his board I only wore converse,I was definitely a fanboy,but does anyone know if there's any footage of the contest he won where he ollied over a fake cow I believe it was in Oregon.
