Just working for utilities, food car payment, house payment rent and insurances, there should be no money left over for drugs. The majority of these types of videos on different channels shows the actual charges at the end of the videos. I understand your request to be shown and or told the charges in the beginning of the videos, but if the uploader of these types of videos showed or told the charges before the video started no one would have a desire to even watch the full video.
If uploaders did what you want and tell the charges before the video is even over ABSOLUTELY every one wouldn't even have the desire to watch any of the videos and would fast forward the video to the time stamped to where the charges are and then move on to a different video on a different channel.
