    Kondakadalai dosai recipe:
    Ingredients:
    Black Chana - 1/2 cup
    White Chana - 1/2 cup
    Urad dal whole - 1/2 cup
    White poha - 1/4 cup
    Fenugreek seeds - 1 teaspoon
    Raw rice - 1 cup
    Procedure:
    1. Soak both the chanas and urad dal together in a bowl of water for 8 hours overnight
    2. ⁠Soak raw rice and poha together in a bowl of water separately for 8 hours overnight
    3. ⁠After soaking for 8 hours, grind everything together in blender or grinder using fresh water in smooth and flowing consistency
    4. ⁠After grinding it to a smooth batter , add required salt and mix it well
    5. ⁠Ferment it overnight
    6. ⁠After fermenting , now the dosa batter is ready to make yummy Chana dosa.

      Hello priya mam, this is definitely healthy(protien rich) for normal people, but for people with pcos where carbs is devil. Please can u make a series with each veg meal having 25-30 g carbs, 20g protien. There is no much content in RUclips on this.

    I always use sunflower seeds in thengai chutney since my kid is allergic to channa dal, pottukadalai and all nuts. Infact, I subsitute sunflower seeds in many dishes including doshes with cashew nut gravy.

    💯 healthy food, and tasty, too. I'll sure try this dosa recipe. I made dosa , adding green moong, black chenna, black urad dhal, with Raagi and rice in the same proportion. Protein dosa with tomato chattni.

    Now a days im making same kind of dosa priya. Mine was 5:1 (and one spoon fenugreek) ratio (thinai,kambu(any millets),idly rice,any lentils like rajma,channa,etc) : (black urad dal 1 glass) . It was so tasty. Valli u r amazing 👏

      @superKiruthi I actually use my hand measurement, sis. 5:1... Some people don't like this millet, so, initially, you can measure 1 cup of any millet, three and half idly rice, rajama half cup, and one cup urad dal and one spoon fenugreek

    I just came across your channel couple of days ago. You are actually more entertaining than Dr. Pal (he is too btw!). Since you primarily speak in தமிழ் which is great, please focus on improving your enunciation of words ending in ழ, ள, ல etc. for example, your friend has a beautiful name வள்ளி, but you kept calling வல்லி!! Similarly, ழ is not ள! If you can fix these, you will come across even better!

    I wish you see this comment and reply to it. I m on intermittent fasting for a month and I also have hypothyroidism. My fasting interval is 11am - 7 pm.
    1. I get up before 7 am, but I take my thyroid tablet around 10 - 10:30 am because my food interval starts at 11 am. Is it ok to take medication after 2 hour from the time I got up?
    2. By taking my thyroid medication before 11 am, will my fasting interval get affected?
    Note: i know this question is irrelevant to this video. but it could be really helpful if it is been answered. thank you

    Soya dry recipe please

      add two tablespoons of oil, saute fennel seeds, curry leaves then add onion, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, after it is cooked, add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder , and saute for few mins ..then add peas and some water for the peas to cook ..then add salt and then add this soya chunks granules to it and mix everything well..add some more water for everything to cook..cover and cook for 5 mins..wait for all the water to be absorbed ..the curry should be dry and not watery ..check for salt at this point ..now add coriander leaves ..that’s all our curry is ready
      As the soya granules in the frozen packet is cooked already, it doesn’t take much time to cook..if you are using raw soya chunks, then it should be soaked in hot water for 30 mins, then grind it in mixie into fine granules and use it in place of frozen patties used in the video ..
