The final boss in the first game may have been grander in scale, but I think this one is grander in terms of emotional impact for the characters. Balder's sacrifice and final words to Bayonetta are both very touching and tragic.

in the finale, the evil aesir reborn to kill and murder bayonetta. but failed, and he was stopped by bayonetta and her allies..... maybe aesir will unite their own entire bodies with jubileus to destroy everything!!!!!!!!!!
Hmm, here what I think. We've destroyed the rulers of the human world and Paradiso. All that's left is the ruler of Inferno. Plus, I reckon that it's going to have something to do with a Blood Moon, given the red moon in the Bayonetta 3 trailer.
So, little theory for the upcoming Bayo 3: Loki's gonna come back a little older lookin' (no doubt there) Balder may just come back, but be the big baddie (either all possessed by Aesir, or just acting all evil because of Aesir's evil) OR, and this is more something of my own make... We have the Lumen Sages (clearly representing the sun), and the Umbra Witches (representing the moon). Perhaps some sort of hidden sect based on the stars? Or the void between the stars?
Horse sh** boss. U get caught in his combo and there is absolutely nothing you can do but take it. Got him down to no health twice and he just pulls that BS where the dodge button doesn't even work
Is it just me or his design leans way too much towards the ligth element, he's supposed be 50% ligth and 50% darkness and yet his main colors are gold and blue ( which are the colors of the rigth eye and angels) and his symbol is diamond shape identical to the symbols on his rigth side, which is the ligth side. God of in between ligth and darkness my shoes.
