Congrats on the money raised. Very nice fire pit. It turned out very well. Can't wait to see more videos tray. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work my friends. Keep designing. Fab on. Weld on. Keep making. God bless.
Great job on the charity build and thanks for the tip on the palm beveling tool, it'll save me hours of flap disc grinding. And for the record you can cut the 3/16" with 45 amps. I actually cut 1/4" plate steel at 45 amps on my Shop Sabre with the Hypertherm 85.
You really should add some ridges, points or castellations to the top of your fire pits, it is really handy to have something to hold your roasting stick or long logs in place without them rolling off.
Great work 👍🏻🔥 and great video as always. Is it only me that wants to fish all the letter cutouts from the water table and do something. Maybe just make a simple frame get a bit of frosted Perspex glue them to it and back light it to make a cool sign. Or just spray them bright colours and tac them to a sheet of metal. Thanks again, love all your videos you’ve convinced me to learn to weld so buying a mig welder soon
The mont-sat logo was awesome.
Nice! That's awesome! Really miss your show! Thanks for posting!🙂👍
Hello Tay,
Very generous of you to donate the fire pit... and the auction did very well for a good charity... well done.
Take care.
Paul,,
Nice fire pit. Turned out really nice
Best to always put your Logo in the bottom of every fire pit ,it’s great advertising
Cool tool! Love the way you are marrying the new digital with the traditional art of welding :- )

Great job looks very nice. It's always great to help a charity. Well done. Thanks 😊🙏
Get a couple 4” block to space the plate from the plasma table frame so you don’t have to measure

Yup it's all in the Hypertherm speed charts

7:02 45 amp tips are good for up to 1/4" plate. 45 amp tips on 3/16" plate is 70 in / min.
I use solidworks CAD software it is awesome
11:15 Have you tried changeing the inserts with higher quality ones?
What size plate do you recommend for these fire pits?
65 amps seems over kill to me especially at the speed your running at.
6:56 He had no 65 amp tips so he cut it at 85 amps, I would have used the 45 amps myself.
im sure the heat from the plasma cutter is not helping the life of that chamfer tool cutter bit....
