Repairing a Vintage Wood Stove! // Lift Arc Builds

Welcome back to another installment of Lift Arc Builds! This week we have a quickie for you! Wyatt has recently been spending most of his time helping with many of the fabrication jobs coming through the shop, so when a customer reached out for repairs to a wood stove - Wyatt brought the project to Lift Arc! The client lives in a relatively remote area of Virginia that gets very cold in the Winter, so having a functional wood stove is essential to him!
The damage to the stove may be minimal but when the central heating in your home revolves around it, you want it to be in the best shape possible! So Wyatt set out to replace and repair many of the bent metal plating that had warped significantly due to continuous heating. This project also gave Wyatt some more time and experience with the plasma cutter, which are essential skills in our shop!
