Hey bro, While wireless chargers are good and convenient but its not fast. I think wireless chargers will impact battery health in long term because it heats up more than wired chargers. I have iPhone XR, its 4 yrs old and battery health is at 78% now. I use a combination of wired and wireless chargers. I leave my phone on charger throughout the night too. 78% after 4 years is really good according to me. So I would say, dont really stress about battery health as its really not in our control. I think you should first get a MFI cable.

Hey, The charger gets a bit hot while its charging but its not too hot to handle. I even keep the charger and phone in pocket while its charging. For the watch, if your watch charges with other Qi wireless chargers then this charger will be able to charge it. I have an apple watch that doesnt work with this charger bcoz Apple Watch doesnt use Qi chargers for watch.
