No. No. No.
It's in the Quran.
Islam is meant to be easy.
Religion must be light on your shoulders.
If you find it hard then your are not in the good path.
Islam is not meant to be followed blindly.
You must think and read the Quran.
If things don't come simply to your mind then be patient and place your trust in God.
But be light on your feet and take it easy.
Life is hard.
Being Muslim makes it easier.
I don't need to pray to feel the presence of God around me. But I love praying, it ease my mind 6 or 7 time a day.
By the way, please consider translating the instructions and word of the mat in other languages.
Anderstand that new Muslims are not Arabic speaker. They don't have to pray in Arabic. Arabic is not Islam language. It's only the language it has been delivered.
People must anderstand what they are saying in their heart. Not following blindly what they do, it's confusing and they may eventually loose faith.
Make it easy.
I'm doing my prayers in French because I'm French. And I'm feeling every word I'm saying deeply in my heart. If I do it in Arabic, there is no meaning for me and it's like I'm not even praying.
Making people following blindly without thinking, I won't hide your that it's making me mad. Because of that undereducation we have all kind of cults growing wild and making things for us all very difficult. If you're doing something, do it right. In the way of the Quran. Quran ask you to read, ask you to think, ask you to be smart and ask you for anderstanding what you are doing and why you are doing it, not follow like a sheep. If you want be a sheep and don't ask questions, just be Christian for God sake 😢. Being Muslim it's not like that.
