I love hiking there with my kids! We love the "Fern Cave". We also love hiking to the bat cave which is a very flat 6.5mi hike down an abandoned train track. It's about 15 miles south from Caprock.

I had a bison raid my camp in the middle of the night there. It got into our food and left teeth marks on everything

Do you know what breed dog that is? I just had to put mine down unexpectedly and never got a chance to DNA test him.
