The Great Commission given to every believer is to go into the entire world, which includes the world of those who are sick and afflicted.
We are sent to continue the ministry which the Lord Jesus started.
Jesus Christ at the beginning of His earthly ministry outlined the scope of this ministry (Luke 4:18).
