Just finished trying both of these out. Boy howdy are my glutes weak. Thanks for the exercises! I plan to keep an eye out for routines to stabilize and strengthen the upper body, because that's where a lot of my struggle with climbing comes from!
Been doing some of Shaunas' workouts over covid period with WFH, sadly won't be so easy to do when pulled back into the office. But wanted to say how great they have been. I try to do these once a week (mix up with Joe Wicks who i found first in the lockdown period. Shauna I came across via a Meridian (or was it South Today) interview they did with her and she came across as very interesting and very smiley, so found this youtube and these exercises which was perfect to add into my week when nipping downstairs to make a tea in the morning and afternoon when wfh). On one hand being able to lie on my back doing these is good, on the other hand it still kills glutes / thighs etc... And also no way i could do 3 times! even if not on a tea break. Thanks to both Shauna and Gracie for these exercises and the fun they have doing them and the fun of trying to follow them. Congrats to Shauna on her great Olympics, sorry you missed the final but she looked like she thoroughly enjoyed herself.
