It's taken me this long to realize the reason Anne finds Sprigs room too hot and Sprig finds it too cold is because she has warm blood and sprig has cold blood. It might not be though and I'm just over thinking but still, its a possibility.
Mammals are better with extreme temperature. Reptiles like around 80 degrees, any hotter and they will find somewhere to cool off, but they also need some cooler and warmer Temps gradiebts in their enviroment to regulate their temperature best.
If the room were hot, sprigs muscles would be very active, making sleep difficult.
Mammals are better at regulating temperature, and surviving in extreme heat or cold. Athletic, in shape Humans are especially good at beating the heat.
It's important to note that humidity effects our ability to cool down, but not cold blooded animals.

Anne definitely has a lot of pent up rage and frustration that has likely had to hold in for the sake of not upsetting the only friends she has had before she ended up in Amphibia. It's natural she would let it out more as she became more comfortable about voicing her own thoughts and feelings. Of course, all of this is NOTHING compared to her biggest berserk button, betraying the trust she puts in you. Seriously her biggest outrages come from any person she cares about or believes in lying, manipulating, or doing something that could hurt her or something she cares about.
